Cancellation and rescheduling policy

Cancellation and rescheduling policy:

 

All rentals must be paid in full at the time of booking.

No refunds, only studio credit for cancelled reservations If the measures in place no longer allow the studio to operate, your reservation will be rescheduled based on your preference.

If your rental must be cancelled due to Covid-19 but the studio is open, no special treatment will be given.

  • Cancellation up to 14 days before the reservation date: Full refund of the amount paid or the possibility to reschedule the reservation to a later date, subject to availability.
  • Cancellation between 7 and 13 days before the reservation date: 50% refund of the amount paid or the possibility to reschedule the reservation to a later date, subject to availability.
  • Cancellation within 7 days before the reservation date: No refund will be issued, but the reservation can be rescheduled to a later date, subject to availability.

In case of cancellation by Smartloft due to an emergency or a reason beyond their control: A full refund of the amount paid or the possibility to reschedule the reservation to a later date, subject to availability. It is important to note that all cancellations must be made in writing (by email or postal mail) and confirmed by Smartloft.

Rescheduling the reservation to a later date can only be done once, after which no further cancellation or rescheduling will be possible
